St. Mark's Church, Wallisdown Road, Talbot Village, Bournemouth
Built 1868-70; designed by Evans & Fletcher of Wimborne. Pevsner and Lloyd say that it was the "serious conclusion of a charmingly picturesque model village [...] Aisleless, with transepts, in a correct Middle Pointed. Dull interior. The best part is the tower, E.E. [Early English] in detail, but in four stages, i.e. Perp [Perpendicular] proportions." A large extension was added in the 1980s.
