Chedington (Former Church of St. James)

St. James's Church,
Chedington, Dorset
The old Church of St. James is now a private residence, so please note that there is NO public access. The old church
building, however, can be seen from the main road. It dates from 1840-41 and was designed by R. Carver. The parish is now combined
with that of South Perrott.

Bells:
There is currently an empty bellcote. The bell formerly resident was said to date from 1610 (RCHME).
